Production Engineer (Opto-Mechanical) / 光机生产工程师

岗位职责 (Responsibilities):

日常事务及突发生产技术问题的跟进和处理。
Following daily technical issues or emergency related to production (lean to opto-mechanical)
生产治具的设计和制图（Solidworks)，以及现有治具的维护与改良。
Using Solidworks software to design assembly and testing fixtures & tooling，as well as maintaining and improving existing ones
对来料关键尺寸数据收集、维护及分析
Collecting, maintaining and analyzing critical dimensional data on incoming materials.
工业成像镜头良率分析, 和设计工程师协作进行生产良率的提升
Analyzing yield for Industrial Image lens and working closely with design engineers to improve production yield;
按照实际装配流程，进行装配流程（AP）文档编写。
Making APs per actual assembly process;
完成上级交办的临时工作任务。
Follow temp tasks Manager assigned.

任职要求(Qualifications):

大专以上学历，机械，光学等相关专业
College degree or above, major in Mechanical, Optical related;
3年以上镜头生产问题处理相关经验，如生产异常处理、生产工艺改善、品质管控等；
3+ years of working experience in Solving Lens Production issues, such as production abnormality handling, production process improvement, quality control, etc;
熟练运用office办公软件，Solidworks软件，熟悉Minitab更佳
Proficient in the use of office software, Solidworks software, familiar with Minitab is preferred.
做事风格严禁，细致，有责任心，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
Work carefully/ strictly, be responsible, with good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
有基本的英文读写能力，可应付日常英文图纸和邮件，Cet4 为佳。
Have basic English reading and writing skills, can cope with daily English drawings and emails, Cet4 is preferred.
